Terms and Conditions

Making A Purchase

To make a purchase just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We do not have a minimum order value. Payment must be made within 7 days of ordering.

We can accept payment of order by the following means:
Credit/Debit – which is processed by Nochex
Cheque - Please write your cheque guarantee number and card expiry on the reverse and make payable to “C Hardie” (order will be dispatched as soon as cheque has cleared)
Postal Order - Made payable to "C Hardie"

VAT Charges

We are not registered for VAT; therefore all items are exclusive of VAT and will be charged as listed.

Credit Card Security

When checkout is completed, you will be directed to the Nochex website for secure payment processing. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please be aware that at no point is miecrafts passed any details regarding your credit card.

Guarantee

All products supplied are new unless stated. As such, we can offer any warranty as given by the manufacturer. Please inform us of any faulty or damaged item within 7 days of receipt.

We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or mis-use.

Postage & Handling

All orders over £50.00 will receive FREE postage (UK only)

Postage charges are based on the weight of your order and includes packaging.

ALL ORDERS ARE POSTED OUT A.S.A.P. Usually withinn 24hrs of payment, if there is a delay you will be notified by email as to when it will be posted.

When viewing your shopping cart, you will be presented with postage options. The postage displayed will be based on packed weight. 20g is added to the total order for packaging.

Our postage rates start at 0.70p for UK second class post. UK First class postage. Airmail service is available to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Europe.

Privacy Policy

Miecrafts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party

images used on some a4 sheets were found freely available on a number of "copyright" free sites, if, by any chance this has not been the case apologies to those people who's images i have used, and if so please contact my email address and they will be taken off immediately.
